Delete Account
You can request deletion of your SSC PYQ account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to iamashishkv95@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", from the same email address you used to sign in with Google. We will process your request and confirm once it's complete, typically within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
Once your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:
Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
All quiz attempts, scores, and answer history
XP, streak, and level progress
Bookmarks and Mistake Book entries
Daily goal, target exam, and app preferences
Push notification token
What may be retained, and for how long
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (which cannot be tied back to you personally) may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Purchase and subscription records may be retained as required by Google Play's own billing and tax record-keeping requirements, independent of our systems.
Guest account data (if you used the app without signing in) is not linked to a reachable identity and cannot be individually requested for deletion — it is automatically removed if the app is uninstalled or its data cleared, or after a period of inactivity.
