These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SSC PYQ mobile application (the "App"), provided by Exam Streak ("we," "us," "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, continuing as a Guest, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SSC PYQ is an exam preparation app for SSC (Staff Selection Commission) aspirants, offering practice questions (including previous year questions), progress tracking, gamification features (XP, streaks, leaderboards), and a Pro subscription tier.
3. Accounts
Guest Mode: you may use core features without creating an account. Guest progress is stored only on your device and is lost if the App is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
Google Sign-In: you may sign in with your Google account to save your progress permanently across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free tier: full access to the App's core features, supported by advertising.
Pro subscription: removes ads and automatically unlocks all locked content. Pro is billed through Google Play Billing, according to the pricing and billing cycle shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date.
Refunds: are handled according to Google Play's standard refund policies, not directly by us.
XP Redemption: XP earned through app usage may be redeemed for a discount on Pro purchases, up to a maximum percentage displayed in the App at the time of redemption. XP redemption is available to registered (non-Guest) accounts only, and redeemed XP is deducted from your balance immediately upon redemption.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its backend systems, use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App, or attempt to manipulate XP, streaks, or leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means.
6. Content Accuracy Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of previous year questions, practice content, and explanations provided in the App. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, and the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the SSC examination body. Use of the App does not guarantee any particular exam outcome or result.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code within the App are the property of Exam Streak or its licensors, and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for details).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exam Streak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to exam preparation outcomes.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
